Grapes: Pinot Bianco (50%) e Chardonnay (50%).

Production: regulated by the production directives enacted by DPR August, 9 1967 and subsequent amendments. Selection of Curtefranca Bianco boasting fragrant aromas and fresh flavour, fit to become a “still” wine.

Organoleptic characteristics: slightly straw yellow colour, with greenish reflections. On the nose it is intense, elegant, slightly aromatic. The palate is pleasant, round, long and persistent.

Food pairings: great with fish and white meat.

Serving temperature: 46-53 °F (8-12 °C).
